Dr. Christopher Krampe
President
Dr. Christopher Krampe serves as President of OYM. Prior to OYM he has served as Director of Humanities at a Midwestern private Catholic liberal arts college and as Executive Director at an organization dedicated to bringing cathedral culture to Midwestern audiences through art, music, literature and liturgy. He holds multiple degrees from Drake University and the University of Kansas. His wife Emily and their four children reside in Omaha, NE and attend All Holy Spirit Greek Orthodox Church. His many years of working with college students have given him a strong sense of the need for powerful youth and young adult outreach in the Orthodox world, and he is honored to serve OYM in this important role.

Dcn. Ken Liu
General Counsel & Senior Advisor
Deacon Ken Liu is OYM’s General Counsel & Senior Advisor. For over 25 years Ken has been an attorney serving churches, ministries, and other nonprofits. He was a founding member of the Orthodox Christian Attorney Network (OCAN) and serves as a consultant to the Assembly of Bishops’ Legal Affairs Committee. Ken and his family were received into the Orthodox Church in 2009 at St. Mary’s Romanian Orthodox Church (OCA) in northern Virginia. His sons have served in various Orthodox ministries including Orthodox College Fellowship, Project Mexico, and Antiochian Village Camp. Ken previously served as Director of the Christian Legal Society’s national Christian Legal Aid program. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Cornell Law School.
Christian Gonzalez
Director of Ministry
Christian is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who holds multiple degrees from Wheaton College, Azusa Pacific University, and Luther Seminary. Well known for his work developing training materials like “Effective Christian Ministry” and podcasts like “We Are Orthodoxy” and “Pop Culture Coffee Hour,” he is passionate about upbuilding of the Church as the Family of God: a household that forms young people into the likeness of Christ.

Sandra Glisic
Director of Operations
Sandra holds multiple degrees and certificates from Concordia University Chicago, DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, Tufts University, and the Lilly School of Philanthropy. She is passionate about building Christ-centered teams that bring organizational best practices to complex ministry problems.

Sloane Argyle
Communications Manager
Sloane is the Communications Manager for OYM. An alumna of Penn State University, Sloane is an avid student of human nature and civil society. Prior to joining OYM, she served as a Marketing Manager at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University where she gained extensive experience in reaching audiences through traditional and digital media. Sloane is passionate about using creative storytelling to share the beauty and wisdom of Orthodoxy.

Chantél Cappuccilli
Ministry Support Manager
Chantél Cappuccilli serves as the Ministry Support Manager for Orthodox Youth & Young Adult Ministries (OYM). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Religious Studies from California Baptist University & a Master’s in Sports Management. With a career rooted in collegiate soccer coaching, Chantél brings expertise in leadership and team-building. She is passionate about creating meaningful spaces where Orthodox Christians can deepen relationships, build authentic connections, & grow in their life in Christ and His Church.

Peter Savas
Chicagoland Region Ministry Support Coordinator
Peter graduated from Loyola University in 2018 with degrees in Theology and Psychology and has had the blessing of serving the Orthodox youth of Chicago for the last 10 years, including serving as a parish Youth Director, Effective Christian Ministry Coach, and Program Coordinator at an Orthodox youth summer camp.

Peter loves spending time with his wife, Megan, and son, Theofani. You can find them hiking through forest preserves, teaching Sunday school at their home parish, Holy Apostles in Westchester, and sharing in food and community at their church's monthly potluck. Peter is committed to bringing young people into a closer relationship with Christ and connecting communities to support each other and their youth.​
